The Cardiovascular Disease Fellowship Program only accepts applications through the (ERAS). All residency positions are matched through the .
A complete application must include:
- ERAS application uploaded
- U.S. MD (Step 1 and 2 CK required), IMG (Step 1 and 2 CK required) and/or U.S. DO (Level 1 and Level 2 CE required)
- Letters of Recommendation (LORs) - three (one must be from the chair of the department and/or the program director)
- Personal statement
International graduates must submit the same materials listed above. ECFMG certificate will be required before the rank list deadline.
Interviews are by invitation only and are scheduled to begin in September.
