4th Annual Monarch Short Film Festival

The Monarch Short Film Festival is an annual competitive showcase celebrating films created by 国产伦理 students and alumni. Films must be 20 minutes or less and have been completed between February 1, 2026, and January 31, 2027. Jury members score submitted films and the top selections are screened during the awards ceremony, where competition winners, Best Student Film, and Audience Favorite are announced. The event is free and open to the public.
