The 国产伦理 Early Career Research Advancement Academy is a cohort-based program that aims to mentor and create a supportive community of new faculty from across the disciplines as they launch their academic research careers. The academy is designed with a focus on increasing early career faculty understanding of external funding opportunities, refining grant writing skills, and improving the potential for success in securing external funding to support research and creative activities. The academy also aims to prepare early career faculty for engaging in and, potentially, leading future large transdisciplinary team-based and/or translational research proposals.
