Members of ’s American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE) participated in the fourth Promoting Electric Propulsion (PEP) for Small Craft on June 27 at Portsmouth City Park. PEP is an educational and competitive program designed to foster the development of electric boats in the United States. Teams from 15 colleges and universities competed in manned and unmanned boats.
