Canvas Power Build: Master the Calendar and Automate Scheduling
Join the Instructional Technology team for an interactive mini lab focused on using the Canvas Calendar to automate student meeting reservations and streamline multi-course time management.
Following a short workflow demo, participants will engage in a 20-minute sprint to configure Appointment Groups for office hours, filter multi-course views, and sync Canvas feeds to external calendars such as Outlook and Google. Attendees will leave the session with an automated scheduling system designed to reduce administrative back-and-forth and keep students connected.
