DivRED will not be holding its Office Hours in the library during May or over the summer.
As some are aware three research compliance committees [IRB (human subjects); IACUC (animal studies) and IBC (Biosafety)] are changing their protocol submission platform over the summer. We are transitioning to OneAegis (similar to IRBManager used by the medical campus). When this goes live, slated to occur July 1, 2026, protocol submissions, annual updates, closure reports etc will be handled through this platform
As soon as we finish building the three committees into the platform, we will offer training session on how to access and work in the new platform. We realize that this will be new for many of you, and the compliance coordinators will be there to help. There will be a learning curve but in the long term, it should reduce faculty workload.
