Whether you’re just starting to explore your options or actively pursuing your next opportunity, Resume Refresh and the Career Fair are designed to help you take the next step with confidence.
Resume Refresh will help you build or strengthen a resume that reflects your academics, leadership, campus involvement, and professional experiences—so you’re ready to share it with employers. The Career Fair gives you the chance to practice professional introductions, talk with employers, and learn how your skills connect to real-world careers.
What to Expect by Class Level:

First-Year & Sophomore Students:
Focus on exploration and information gathering. Learn about career paths, industries, and internships, and start understanding what employers look for so you can plan forward focused.

Juniors, Seniors, and Graduate/Ph.D. Students:
Focus on securing opportunities. Use these events to pursue internships, part-time & full-time roles, assistantships, and professional connections aligned with your career goals.
Skills You’ll Build:
All students will practice articulating the Crown Your Career: 8 to Great (NACE) competencies, including:
