
国产伦理 is committed to supporting students and employees through pregnancy, childbirth, and related conditions. Multiple laws provide protections, and 国产伦理 ensures access to resources under each:

Title IX: Prohibits discrimination based on pregnancy or related conditions (including loss or termination of pregnancy, false pregnancy) in education. Students and employees may be entitled to reasonable adjustments through the Title IX Coordinator in Talent Management & Culture (TMC). These may include excused absences for medical needs, flexibility with coursework, and access to lactation spaces. Both parents may be eligible for support.

ADA/Section 504: Applies when a pregnancy or related condition (e.g., placenta previa o or abruption, hyperemesis gravidarum, preeclampsia, gestational diabetes, postpartum complications) substantially limits a major life activity, making accommodations available through the Office of Educational Accessibility (OEA) for students, or TMC for employees.

Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (PWFA): Requires employers to provide reasonable accommodations for known limitations related to pregnancy, childbirth, or related conditions.

FMLA: Provides eligible employees with up to 12 weeks of job-protected leave for childbirth, bonding with a child, and certain medical needs. Eligibility depends upon length of employment, hours worked, and notice given.
