

This summer, take a bite out of better living with Monarch Munch - a fun, interactive well-being program designed to help you nourish your body, boost your energy, and thrive in all areas of student life. Through self-paced online modules, engaging virtual lunch and learn moments with our campus dietitian, Tracy Conder, and hands on challenges, you'll explore how small, intentional choices around nutrition, movement, stress management, social connection and personal growth can have a lasting impact.
