Requirements

What are the requirements to apply for Neonatal Physician Assistant (Graduate Certificate) at ¹ú²úÂ×Àí?
Students entering the Certificate program in Neonatal Physician Assistant (Graduate Certificate) should meet the minimum university admission requirements Graduate Admission.
  • Applicants must be hired by a neonatal practice that will provide a sponsoring physician to guide clinical training while completing the didactic courses during the 3-semester program of study

  • Complete the

  • Provide Transcript from graduate program (Nursing, PA, MBA or other)

  • Provide copies of all relevant licenses and certifications

  • 2-page essay describing interest in certificate program and career goals

  • Provide two letters of recommendation (Neonatal PA applicants must provide a recommendation letter from their sponsoring physician)
